How quickly can a technician visit my house?
Throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we offer same-day appliance repair service. Once you submit a booking, our scheduling team will contact you to confirm a 2-hour appointment window.
How do you handle replacement parts?
We stock our service vans with common, high-wear factory-approved replacement parts. If we need to order a specialized part from the manufacturer, we will order it immediately and return to finish the job as soon as it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Interac debit, and e-transfers. Payment is processed on-site by the technician once the repair is completed.
How much is the service call fee?
Our service call is a flat $90 diagnostic fee. If you proceed with our recommended repair, this $90 fee is waived entirely and applied directly to your parts and labor.
Are your repairs covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our appliance repairs are backed by a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering both the factory-approved parts installed and the technician labor.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Absolutely. Every technician is fully licensed, background-checked, TSSA certified for gas appliances, and protected by comprehensive public liability insurance.
