What if the technician finds that my appliance cannot be fixed?
If we diagnose the appliance and find it is beyond economic repair (meaning it is cheaper to replace than fix), we will advise you accordingly. In this case, you only pay the $90 diagnostic fee for the technician's expertise and travel time.
Are there extra fees for service on weekends or evenings?
No. Unlike many other companies, we do not charge extra premiums for evening or weekend appointments. Our diagnostic fee remains a flat $90 regardless of the day or time.
